Amazing Grandfather Shows Support to His Granddaughter’s Hair Business

Pop Pop was aware of the task!

A grandfather lent his whole support to his granddaughter’s fledgling hair salon.

A’lea Lynn, 21, with the social media handle @Aleaweea, recently took to her pages to share the progress she’s been making with her growing hair company.

She routinely produces video content to showcase her hair skills, including reviews of various wigs and step-by-step instructions on installation and customization. A’lea recently turned to social media to share a video from one of her biggest fans, her grandfather, who let her practice with one of her wigs installed on him, and the results were incredible!

Her granddad appears puzzled in the video when A’lea pulls out a wig cap to begin the transition. She then applies the wig over the cap, lays the adhesive foundation to melt the lace, cuts and shapes the lace, and, of course, perfects the baby hairs as she would any other customer. The final output was a curly unit that could compete with the best. Many observers remarked on how impressive A’lea’s abilities were. Her grandfather agreed, giving a big thumbs up at the end of the video!

This isn’t the first time Pop Pop has sat down with A’lea for a fast makeover; she also released a video of her grandfather in another wig unit in early January 2021. Clearly, he’s committed to not only supporting her aspirations but also her bank account, since the videos have gone viral, bringing in a slew of new clients for the young hairdresser. A’lea took to social media to express her gratitude for everyone’s support and to express her gratitude for everything her grandfather does for her.

“Thank you guys for all the positive comments!! Still grateful that he allows me to practice my craft on him lol. Some of y’all may remember last year when I first practiced on him [because] his bald head is the perfect canvas! He’s always a good sport and we love creating these memories together! My grandfather and I really appreciate all the love!” she wrote.
