Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty is scheduled to open its own retail locations, and it’s now aiming to expand its audience and customers.
Rihanna said in a tweet on Friday, Jan. 7, that the $1 billion lingerie brand will expand to include brick-and-mortar locations, beginning in a few U.S. cities.
“2022, we coming in HOT! We bout to bring you a whole new #SavageXFenty experience with the launch of brick-and-mortar retail stores,” the singer wrote in a tweet alongside an exclusive mockup of the upcoming store.
While RiRi’s fans wait for new music, the Barbados native continues to demonstrate that she is on a quest to develop a business empire.
Rihanna became a billionaire in 2021, according to AfroTech, thanks to her business initiatives, which include the lingerie line Savage X Fenty and the beauty company Fenty Beauty.
While continuing to break glass barriers as an entrepreneur, the fashion diva made headlines when she was voted Barbados’ Hero of the Year.
Along with the opening of the retail business, the 33-year-old has been revealing a slew of seductive ensembles, including crotchless catsuits and butt-baring pajama bottoms, that could be available in the new locations shortly.
Rihanna’s third Amazon Live fashion presentation, which aired yesterday, featured familiar celebrities like Normani, Nas, and others.
The brand continues to rule the internet, but fans in a few places will soon be able to purchase Savage X Fenty merchandise directly from the store.
Although no specific dates for the new Savage X Fenty stores have been announced, Rihanna did reveal that the first stores will open in five major cities throughout the country. Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. are among such cities.
